Beta software
WidePane is offered free during the public beta. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, and beta builds may contain defects.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not use WidePane for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your content
You retain all rights to your code and data. WidePane the application processes your content locally or via the provider you configure; we do not claim rights to it.
Third‑party models
When you use a cloud provider, your requests are subject to that provider's terms. WidePane is not responsible for third‑party model output.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product leaves beta. Material changes will be posted here.
